Z1 Compact not charging up to 100%

Help!

I started charging my phone at 2:00pm and at 1:00am.. it is still 85% and doesn't increase its charge percentage

I started charging it at 12%

I tried charging it while turned off... it has not effect

i am not using it while charging

I would suggest that you let the device discharge completely and then charge it fully again. Otherwise, a software repair via PC Companion would be recommended:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

But if there are no improvement, you would do best by contacting your local support team like Thommo said.
