Xperia T2 ultra serious display problem

Display (background ) of my phone suddenly goes black with strange graphics and its happening frequently now, feels like this phone has some serious flaws ..

Have you tried resetting ur phone?

Yes !! i did once..same prob continues

remove that battery optimizer app they only kills phones..
