I am a die hard fan of Sony products. My home is equipped with sony gazzets since i was a kid. Currently i have a sony LED a sony home theatre sony vaio laptop and a sony Xpreia Z1. Last friday i went to the sony outlet at Phoenix Mall Bareilly Uttar Pradesh to buy a sony Xpreia Z2 mobile. The SONY guy there named Mohd Asim was busy on facebook on a mobile displayed at the outlet.
i asked him to show me a Z2 handset and he refused saying that he,s busy with his grilfriend and i should come after 1 hour. To heights of my amazement when i showed my dissapointment to him towards his attitude this chap become voilent and used start using abusing language to me and my brother who went along me.
I came back very depressed without purchasing Z2 which i was very keen to have one.
MY question is ??? Z2 or any other handset i can buy from another Sony Outlet but where will i find my self respect which i lost that day when that SONY employee took from me by using such abusing and foul language.
Are SONY loyal customers treated like thi on SONY outlets. Is SONY hiring GOONS at their outlets.
Whomsoever SONY official reading this ...i urge for a very strict action on the following outlet else i will take the matter to court till i get my satisfaction back.
