I've had my Xperia Z3 Compact for quite some time now, all doing great until one day the rubber of the USB flap decided to fall off. Initially I decided to ignore it, not a big deal but then it gets annoying when I'm using and it just falls off randomly, so I brought my phone to Sony Support and got it fixed for 20+ SGD. Was the price great? Not really.. but to stop being annoyed by that flap it's alright. About a month later, same thing happened again, phone wasn't dropped, wasn't in contact with water or anything, wasn't neglected in any way but that same old crap happened, the rubber is starting to peel off, and I'm frustrated.
Not only that, the screen is slightly detached. I went through the forums and found out that it's because of the glue but come on.. If you're going to make a phone like this, at least use a better glue.. not some glue that can barely withstand even the slightest heat. I don't want to rant, but there seems to be too many people facing the same problems as I did, this needs to be fixed. We consumers bought Sony products because we trust them, and I know it's unfair to say we need to be given the BEST, but please, at least let our purchases not have any random problems.
