My C5 ultra having touch screen issue and mic problem

1. When ever i use the auto machine answering my MIC got failure to send my voice to the oponent. 

2. intermediately touch screen issue also comping from my first purchase.

3. Lot of time i informed to sony customer care and servise area, but no responsce fromm both of them.

4. Im die hard perosn for sony but now i hate sony.

5. now 6 months gone but still my problem are not solved by the sony.

6. guys its time waste to buy sony product

This is a user based forum, have you contacted Sony directly? >>> Local support have you stopped by the store where you purchased the phone?
