Unusual file in phone memory and sdcard

Hi, there is a file in my phone memory and sdcard which named ".eCtcQjbu1dgnvtFnvnr6yepTp1M=". Are there anyone know what is that? I deleted it a couple of time but after a few hours from deleting it was there again. Is it a virus or just a program folder? Thanks

You are welcome.If you delete and restart in safe mode,the phone will load only some default apps,so if the file is created by an app installed by you,it should not appear anymore.

I have that file on a HTC Desire 500. So is not only on SONY devices. What is it?
