Unusual file in phone memory and sdcard

Hi, there is a file in my phone memory and sdcard which named ".eCtcQjbu1dgnvtFnvnr6yepTp1M=". Are there anyone know what is that? I deleted it a couple of time but after a few hours from deleting it was there again. Is it a virus or just a program folder? Thanks

It just 64 bytes. Problem isn't memory issue. I am just obsessed about something like that.

I know exactly what you mean.Could be an app creating that file.Can you download an antivirus and scan the phone?Though I do not think it is a virus.

Good luck.If it is not any virus(which I am almost sure),it is an app creating it.

I scanned my phone with Bitdefender and there isn't any virus or something bad.

There must be an app creating that file.Delete that file,restart your phone in safe mode.
