transering music and pics from sd card back to internal memory

hi i recently moved my photos and music to my sd card to save space but after i did this i can not view them in album or listen in walkman also when i try to transfer to pc it doesn't like format and won't let me view pics

What did you use to transfer them? Restart the device and check again.
