When I open walkman --> settings --> sound enhancements--> settings( in which we select the surroundings eg. Studio club and concert arena) it crashes It says sound enhancements stopped working It all happened after 4.3 update Phone has become.full of probs its heating more than before and hangs also Please look into the problem please Thank you
@Sam there was no data in the app so cant clear it There was 12Kb cache which I cleared can you tell me any other solution other than resetting my phone I cant afford to reset my phone there are lots of apps which are installed I dont want to lose them as is would increase my headache.of reinstalling them. Plz advice something practical and Also i dont want to reinstall the.software because I recieved two updates already from Sony it is a kind of software reinstall which dint work
After the updation of 4.3 i'm getting several prblms frm my z1.first- sound enhancement stopped Second-during a call i cant able to check my other contact numbers,i cn reach till the names of my contact.Sony should rectify these prblms,because now i have gt a fear to check updates frm sony.Also i have seen similar complaints in this forum.Awaiting the replies.
Yes, the REPAIR process via SONY PCC fixed the Sound Enhancement crashing problem for my Z1 running Android 4.3, it also fixed the low volume problem, previously the volume of the ringtone was very low too even at the loudest volume.
After I submitted upgrade firmware to 4.3 (Xpepria Z1) I had a serious problem about my sound enhancement does not work. It doesn't force close. It just has no reaction when I try to use clear audio+ or use equalizer. The sound always just the same. I tried everything such as factory reset or reinstall firmware through PC companion but it still the same. Please send me the way to fix this problem. Listening to music with good quality is the most important thing that I pick sony as my smartphone. Thank you
I agree hope sony fixes this issue soon.. Xperia care keep telling me that it is a hardware issue but it can't be a hardware issue because it only happened after Jb 4.3 update. If it is hardware then I want a new phone because their update screwed my phone.. My phone in now a dud
