Sony z1 Camera Freez

Hello,

when i will take a photo with my sony xperia z1 i can only see a black screen on the smartphone .

And sometimes when i try it again then the smartphone is freez.

What can i do ?

There is a new update for these bugs in the Europe. Why don't you try updating your firmware ?

I spent the same, but format the MICROSD from the phone saving my information, and rename the DCIM folder and so photos taken were like new, since I had more than 1000 pictures of my old xperia ZR, and I happened that. I was solved right now my cell phone is new and go 2 days without those problems.

2 days without problem is not indicating lack of problems! It maybe happens on 5 day.

Hello.

I recently update my phone to latest xx.108 version, camera in this version freez when the phone it´s blocked and when you push the cam button, once the cam app opens you can take 1-4 photos, but about 5th picture the camera freezz and does´nt save anything. Actually i´ve worried about this issue just because i believe sony fixes other bugs causing camera crashes , but this one it´s very annoying.

Sony please fix that, this phone rulz camera app, but this "bug" it´s the deadliest.
