I bought 8 months ago a Sony Xperia Z3, which is a phone with lots of functionalities which justify an expensive price.
Since feu days, my phone doesn't work properly! I don't get any signal (wifi, 4g, phone communication signal) and I need to reboot my phone to get my signal back.. Sometimes, even after rebooting, the signal comes back after few hours!!!
I had contact with Xperia Care because my phone is under warranty until 2016!
After more than a week, I recieve a message to let me know that the problems I got with my phone are not taken by the warranty, or if I say it differently, the weakness of my phone is my problem!! I never had an inappropriate utilisation of my phone ( it costs 500 Euros, you take a good care of it).
You tell me that I can exchange my phone for 290 euros (of course! If I wanted to pay 790 euros for a phone with a 2 years warranty, I would have buy an I-phone..) or you can send it back to me for 25 euros. So I'll pay 25 euros to get a deficient phone with a 2 years warranty back!!
I always had Sony phones, since Sony Ericsson, and I never had any doubts on your phones quality! But I can see that when something happens, there is nobody...
Do not worry, I'll pay 25 euros to get my phone back but you can be sure that if I have to use this budget for my new phone, I'll go to Samsung or Apple!
Im so disappointed!!!
