Phone hang and restart automatically while receive or dial any call

It's not more than 3 months and I'm facing a big issue in My Experia Z3 phone. While I receive or dial any call, it's hang for some time and then restarting automatically.

It's really frustrating as I have missed so many important calls due to this

That's more likely a SIM card acting up or if it's not a NANO SIM card.
