rear camera doesn't work

last week I bought Sony xperia M4 aqua. at the beginning everything was fine but yesterday I tried to take photo with my rear camera and it did not work (it said "Error camera not available" or " Error unknown error") . What do I have to do?

Settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone

if that doesn't work boot on >>> safe mode

if that doesn't work then repair the phone with PCC

  Tried clearing cache, safeboot.

also tried software repair but error "UEGetPhoneInfoFailure".

Also check tests but failed to open
