hi there anyone else had the issue with their z3 deciding it's had enough? Mine just completely gave up the phone had a very small chip out the Screen and when I sent the phone back to the service provider they wouldn't even look at it! They want hundreds of pounds to fix the tiny chip before they would even attempt to look at the phone. Even when asked to check the other problem they refused! Does this affect my consumer rights? My phone kept on restarting optimising apps then it turned of and never came back on again.
