Phone is not working

I have bought this smarphone only two months ago and, after charging it on PC, and the display showed that the phone had almost 50% of charge, I decide to start it and, unfortunatly, that smartphone did not work anymore. I am really disappointed, especially because I just use that for ONLY TWO months and now this does not work anymore. There are many trademarks of cellphone in the world, I chose SONY because I thought that was the best, but I was really wrong. 

I hope someone could give me a NEW phone, instead of repairing it.

Could you please elaborate? How do you mean that the phone does not work? Are there any reaction while you try to power it on? What happens when you power it on?
