Not charging correctly

Good Day. My experia E1 is not charging further than 84%, but i do use its original cable and charger and its also giving me an error message saying my data is blocked or something like that. Can you please explain to me why its doing this for the first time? I've only had this phone for about two weeks now.

Restart it and see if the same occurs.

You could try to charge your phone to 50%. Turn it off and remove the battery for a while. Put the battery back in and charge the phone to 100% when the phone is turned off. 

If the behavior still persists, you could try to charge the phone using another charger.
