Hello people,

When I open the xperia lounge I can see like 10 'promotions' but none of them are actually what I'm looking for. For example I see the "Michael Jackson xscape experience " where you can see backstage and making of videos but can't download the album.
Neither can I see the movies/games promotion.

What I've tried:
Reinstalling xperia lounge/pass (done this approximately over 9000 times).
Installing xperia privilege.
Calling the xperia support line.(after 7.5 minutes of waiting a machine told me i was waiting too long and it disconnected me).
Online xperia chat support.(told me to reinstall xperia lounge and pass and then reboot. Immediately closed the chat window afterwards so I couldnt tell Petra I've done this procedure many times before.

Anyone have a clue how to get my vouchers?

Sorry to hear that, but you have to contact them again, and tell them that you have done what they'd suggested

Is your bootloader unlocked by any chance?
It won't work on unlocked bootloader ls because the dry keys are deleted.

Kudos kamalaggi I totally forgot to ask if the bootloader was unlocked as ineed it will remove the DRM keys

If the bootloader is unlock, he shouldn't even be able to see any promotion at all since it depends on the DRM.

Btw, when you click on the MJ Xscape from the main page, do you see a list of songs below?

I have the same problem, however you should take note of your country XPERIA lounge support since not all countries have a uniform offerings and Sony might just had terminate or restricted the access in your country or maybe Xperia Lounge is still faulty and disfunctional as it is, like in my phone right now
