Most of the apps r not installing in my phone

I restored my phone Aqua M4 Dual, after that it's not installing most of the apps in my mobile like WHAT'S APP, MX-PLAYER... And also Play Store is not taking my Email Id... So Play Store also not opening now.

Total 16GB, But I have now, 8GB Memory....

settings > apps > playstore > storage > clear data > retart the phone
