When you try to download the internet settings, make sure that you are not connected to a Wi-Fi network or have enabled Wi-Fi. If you still cannot download the automatic settings, I suggest that you contact your operator to get the manual settings so you can add them via Settings > More... > Mobile networks > Access Point Name.
