This means that there's not enough storage space available for downloading the app. You need to free up memory by uninstalling apps or moving them to SD card.
Your 2:nd screenshot shows RAM usage, not storage space. Go to Settings -> Apps and check the first tab, "Downloaded" and second tab, "On SD card". What does it say there?
