Inferior product and Poor response after sales and service

Dear Sony,

 
I submitted my mobile phone Sony Xperia T2 Ultra, which I purchased on 19.05.2014  at Rs.25100 from POORVIKA Mobiles , Bangalore. Within 7 days as per sony service center the mother board has to be replaced  Vide JOB no.W114061701183. dtd :17.06.2014
 
 I was given a maximum time- frame of 7 days for replacing the mother board but till date no response from them. Such kind of poor response from Sony is very regrettable.
 
It has been more than 10 days and still contuiting and my mobile is still not returned. I have done countless follow-ups with the center incharge Mr.Ramesh, still there is no response and he had misbehaved with me.
 
Such kind of mother board replacement of Sony product within a week time is much regrettable. This message will affect your product image.
