Xperia Team,
3 months before I have purchased T2 Ulta Dual, and one month phone was not having any issues.
After one months i started getting problems, like i am getting very low and slow voice from the opposite party
and mine to them, however i was managing this but another issue started that the phone is having full network
but not getting any calls and messages, when i realized that once i just restarted the phone and the problem got resolved.
but on daily basis i cannot restart my phone multiple times and for that also i need to know that this issue again occured ,
some time i ll go for sleep or on travel, i am getting response from my office that your phone willl be always switched off or unreachable.
And one more with internet, the data connection will get disconnect at any time, even data is enabled also.
still slow voice issue is also not resolved, i called to Vidafone CC they given few suggestions and i tried those
but the issue is not resolved, now they have also shown there hands and pointing the issues on handset.
I have invested 25 K for this phone and i need this phone to be work properly, kidly look into it and suggest
some solutions.
Rgds...

Hi @Mayur9
Go to Call settings -> General -> and disable the "Slow talk option" if it is enabled.
If the issue persists, boot your device in Safe mode to check what happens:

Also I suggest you to first run a backup of the device information like this:

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion:
http://support.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
This will factory reset your phone and erase all data. You might need tocharge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 80% battery. Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device). Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process. If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP.
I hope can be useful.
I'm at disposal for any question.
Best Regards,
