Huge Network and Voice quality issues with Xperia T2 Ultra Dual

Xperia Team,

3 months before I have purchased  T2 Ulta Dual, and one month phone was not having any issues.

After one months i started getting problems, like i am getting very low  and slow voice from the opposite party

and mine to them, however i was managing this but another issue started that the phone is having full network

but not getting any calls and messages, when i realized that once i just restarted the phone and the problem got resolved.

but on daily basis i cannot restart my phone multiple times and for that also i need to know that this issue again occured ,

some time i ll go for sleep or on travel, i am getting response from my office that your phone willl be always switched off or unreachable.

And one more with internet, the data connection will get disconnect at any time, even data is enabled also.

still slow voice issue is also not resolved, i called to Vidafone CC they given few  suggestions and i tried those

but the issue is not resolved, now they have also shown there hands and pointing the issues on handset.

I have invested 25 K for this phone and i need this phone to be work properly, kidly look into it and suggest

some solutions.

Rgds...

Satya

Hi, when you say you are getting very slow voise during call, have you checked if you enabled the "slow talk" in the call menu?

To check it, make a call, tab the options "3 dots"  then you can see it.

Extremely sorry that today only i have seen this blog...

I am not sure but who has enabled the "SLOW TALK" option on my device,

Thanks a  lot to Mr.Lu and Alexdon, As per your suggestions...

I went to Call settings --> General -->  and Disabled the slow talk option , after that i tried few test calls and now I am able to listen the opposite party voice clearly  in a same pitch and flow...

But still i am having few more issues, ex: Connectivity loss in middle of calls, I ll observe these issues for few days and i ll

post my comments.

Tx.

Well before i was thinking i don't have this issue but now have realised painfully that i do have it. Actually, it is more on issue with 2nd sim i think. After update we can have 3g on 2nd sim but it gets disconnected after few minutes and either you need to restart or put your phone in airplane mode. Plus call quality from 2nd sim is not great too. I checked by swapping my sim. My network which was performing worst in 2nd sim suddenly became awesome when I put in on 1st..lol. Anyways, i am 99% sure that i would throw it now and will buy new one. May be desire 816 or some other but not sony now. They don't test their phones much. always some software bugs and this time faulty hardware:smileybroken_heart:

I concur to that finding.  The SIM 2 is still not too stable.  However, I have observe that internet is still working, even though the Internet Icon is missing for SIM 2.  It happens after the mobile signal is lost and regain later.  Perhaps it is still a bug that Sony should fix.

I am using this handset since 6months now and I am facing a major calling issue since 2months. I am getting voice cracking issues during calls, from Sim 1 as well as Sim 2. I have checked sim 2 with another operator but the problem remains same. I need to mention that the network is always full. Now I started checking all of my sim cards with other handsets. I tested all 3 sim cards in small simple phones to smartphones and I didn't faced any calling problems. I'm not facing problems in every area but other handsets are working fine everywhere.
