I am R.Paveen from chennai and I recently purchased sony xperia t2 ultra dual . its exactly been one month since ive got it.....One fine day all of a sudden I experienced some problems with display.....and im cent percent sure That i did not manhandle it. SO i decided to take the issue to AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES LOCATED IN CHENNAI.... Initially I went to vadapalani branch where they bluntly charged 8500 INR without giving me any explanations...I wasnt interested in giving my mobile....The next day I called the toll free sony customer care and the representative asked me to give my mobile in any service centre and my mobile would be reviewed by the head office.....so I went to egmore branch (PRINCE PLAZA) where the representative (SUBADHRA) did nt even treat me with any respect or courtesy...she denied lending ears to my issues and also further challenged me to go to the consumer court.I would like you to look into the matter as soon as possible and also request for strong action to be taken against this female representative (SUBADHRA). As a customer I am thoroughly DISAPPOINTED AND FURIOUS.... would like immediate sorting out of issues.....
