Camera problem

Hi, 

I Hav bought z1 compact three months back.

After clicking the cam button. picture doesnt save and mobile hangs up, if it is locked and unlocked then it works.

This has been repeated many times. If mobile is switched off and turned on back, then picture is being saved, any solution for this??
