Call Answer Floating Notification

Hi, is there anyway to change the Call Answer Feature to the Floating Notification, as is when a call is received when the screen is Active,this seems a lot better option for me because i have Arthritus in my Hands and find it dificult to use the Sliding Bar at the Bottom of the screen which you get when the screen is not in use.

You can download third party phone apps, also I'm not sure if the M4 Aqua has this option but check under

settings > call settings > smart call handling
