black screen in xperia l

Hello there

screen of my xperia l get black/dark. it not droped or hited. i think it is some problems with system software or apps.

 i DID these:

1- repair with sony pc companion===> i used this repair option, afer repair, problem not solved

2- pressing vol up+ power keys===> not worked for my case

what can i do?

may this problem related to screen/ hardware? it is needed to replace screen?
