3G Video Calling in Xperia M

Dear Sir,

My Question is to Sony. 

I am unable to make video call on Xperia M C1904. While I can make video call from other device with my same service provider. Kindly suggest how to make video call through Xperia M.

Indian branded phones like Micromax has 3g Video calling from dialer. Surprise to hear that Why can't SONY add this simple feature.

I am not able to make calls through my xperia m,
i am using a wifi connection and hangout to make call but it always says "check your connecton" and call disconnects
