Z3 Tablet, headphone jack does not have a cover?

Hi

I just received a brand new Z3 Tablet Compact. I noticed there is no "cap" on the headphone jack. I wonder if this is normal. Shouldn't it be closed to keep it dust/waterproof?

It doesn't has any jack on headphone port. It is already protected. So it is fine)
