One of the downfalls about the Android marketplace for now is that there is no direct way to hunt for apps which are specific for your device. After the update to 3.2, the majority of mobile apps now work well with the new resizing options but once again, a different calibre when comparing it to the Apple Store.
I would say download and run "Tegra Zone" where is has apps (mainly games) dedicated to their graphics and tablets. They all running pretty sweet.
Give it some time with the launch of Ice Cream Sandwich and we should start seeing things moving forward.
