Battery life decreasing

Hello,

My battery live has gone from 20 hours to 7 hours at the moment.

I bought the tablet 2 weeks ago and as mentioned I had 20 hours battery life.

But now it has decreased a lot

Does someone knows a solution? 

I got my stamina mode up.

Just force shutdown my tablet and it improved nothing.

Any other solutions?

Is it possible that the battery life has decreased because i have downloaded some apps in the Google play store?

Hi. 

Are you talking about screen on time or total time including stand by? 

I usually just get 7 hours or less of screen time on. 

Check the app battery usage in settings to see if there's a app draining your battery.

You could try checking the Battery Usage page to see what is using the battery so much.

Menu > Settings > Power Management > Battery Usage

I have only used the tablet where it goes fast down.

No i mean when i use the tablet, not including stand-by. 

Here you can see that the battery life has gone from 9% to 7 % in 5 minutes.

 6 to 7 hours is my average run time, with screen using 70-80% of the battery, manual brightness with slider at the middle. The same with my first unit that was replaced within a month. Stamina mode on. 

I don't have any app draining battery in the background. 

20 hour of screen is incredible for me.

So sony is saying that the Sony xperia z4 tablet has 20 hours of battery life but in fact it is only 7-8 hours?

And i dont do a lot, im just browsing on the internet or playing an game (app).

In my experience, yes. 

I just use chrome, plex, YouTube, feedly and Pocket. No games.
