Songs missing from media go

I accidently deleted all my music from my itunes library but i managed to recover most of it.

I have a sony walkman NWZ A15 player so i use media go and i am finding a lot of albums with songs missing.Next to these songs is a exclamation mark inside a yellow triangle and when i click on these songs i get the message"The selected item is missing".

Media go has always synched any new music from my itunes library straight away so i am desperate that someone has the answer.
