Can you use these headphones with a Sony TV?

I'm using a set of old  wired headphones with my TV at the moment but I wondered if Sony do a pair of wireless headphones (my Sony TV is only about 18 months old).

You would need to add a BT transmitter between yout TV and the headphones, Sony used to do a HWSBTA2W Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver, if you can find one
