Touchpad has stopped working

Have a Sony FE11H. Touchpad has suddenly stopped working. Any advice gratefully received.

Hi Jarl60,

Can you check if you have any warning icons and also a pointing device or PS2 mouse listed in Device manager..

You can do this by going to Start > Run then type Devmgmt.msc and then click OK.

Then click on the + next to Mice & other pointing devices to expand the tree..

... or firewall who blocking Touch Pad becouase of the some security issues of the touchpad?
