Recommended SSD upgrade for Vaio Fit E

Hi All,

I have a Vaio Fit E with the standard disk. Can anyone recommend or tell me if there is a specific SSD model I should be looking at for an upgrade?

Or will any 2.5 sata 3 drive do? Anyone have experience upgrading?
