Hi sianj48,
Most models that come with Office 1010 preloaded require purchase of a product key for full activation.

Hi sianj48,
normally if you launch Office it should give you a selection of options one being Go online to purchase Office 2010..
However if you have already begun using Office 2010 starter then the follwoing link will guide you on how to upgrade - Upgrade to a Microsoft Office suite
I believe the current offer is Office Home & Student 2010 for £93.00 for 3 pc's & £89.10 for one but am not sure if this includes VAT..:smileywink:
Also as Office 2013 is due Microsoft seem to have an offer - Buy Office today, get the next version free - http://www.office.com/offer
