Celard

My compressed zip software has stopped wroking. When I download something that is zipped I it appears with a blank icom instead od a zipp one. Therefore I cannot open it.I can't find any trace of it neither in the control panel nor on the 'C' disk. Has anybody had this experience?

You have not stated which OS you are running, or your model but it would seem that the association for Zip files has been lost. Have a look at the following link:
