anybody from vaio expert is there?
i posted on more message but none answer!
I bought a new arj51 j and when i try to make the recovery disks a message appears ''launcher failed to creat new document'' and everything stops.
Is there anyone from vaio service to help me?
i live in cyprus and they told i have to sent pc to belgium are they serious?
i wait for some serious answer

The belgium trip is usually are seriously short one so don't worry yourself...it's just a place where repairs are made.

well, I see. It doesn't really caused me a great deal of concern, but one feels a little compassion especially when consumers feel obliged to come to a forum in desperation, when ideally the manufaturers should offer some sort of satifactory after sales service, don't you think?
