Wireless Internet Set Up Failed KDL-40NX713

Bravia KDL-40NX713

I have followed instructions to set up a wireless internet connection on the tv.

I get the following.........................

Wireless Connection    OK

Local Access    Failed

Internet Access    Failed

I have tried some basic troubleshooting such as restarting my wireless router to no avail.

Does anyone know what I need to do to get a wireless internet connection working.

I have the same problem with KDL-32WD757.

What do you mean by BT, wizzym? How did you update the security key?

have no idea what to do next.

This is all new to me so treat me like you would a child in school please.
