TV Guide stopped working

I have a KDL 40EX403, and ever since sony got hacked, the tv guide has stopped working. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but now that Qriocity has started working again, the TV guide still hasn't, and sony so far have not replied to my emails re: this problem.

Any ideas anyone?

I had this problem and it turned out that Guide was launching by default to a Favorite selection which had been depopulated by a re-tune. I even told Sony when I had cracked this so they could answer people in future - wast of my time!

thanks very much for replying. Yes, that worked. My guide was set on a saved favourites list, once changed, it all worked fine! thanks for that.
