Sony TV - 2 Questions

1. What time does the sony entertainment tv app goes live on a sony smart tv? I tried this morning and it said it's currently offline. And what programms are available to view?

2. I rented saw 3d movies via the video unlimited app via the tv, 3/4 way through the movie i stopped working. I triple checked my conenction from wired/wireless connection and it made no difference. The app will do a connection test and will not load the movie. All other internet services, i.e bbciplayer, you tube all loaded and streamed fine. Please can you tell me how I can request £5.99 refund for the movie which I paid for.

In regards to the first question, at this stage the Sony Entertainment Television appears to be offline.  See the following thread for details (which there are none at this stage).

Ref Sony Entertainment Television being permanently offline, I've got the same problem.  Did you sort your problem out, if so, how?

May I ask if this is affecting everyone and all Sony devices, or can some people out there get it?
