I have had this problem repeatedly in the past. The amazon prime or Video Unlimited films are not working as it says "network error".
As per previous threads i have checked the internet connection and refreshed the Internet content in Settings and Network, turned off the TV and waited for the amber light to come on and this has worked.
However this is occurring more often and the message <2200> comes up when trying to connect. Could you please advise what this means and what can be done to rectify long term.
