how can upgrate the software for BRAVIA KDL- 32BX300 ?

Hi bobsecalin,

first check to see if your Bavia firmware version, if your not sure how see below.

1. Power on the TV set and press the  HOME button on the Remote Commander to display the Home Menu(XMB™).
2. Navigate to the 'Set-up' option and press OK to select it.
3. Navigate to the 'Digital Set-up' option and press OK to select it.
4. Navigate to 'Technical Set-up' option and press OK to select it.
5. Navigate to 'System Information' option and press OK to select it.
6. The version number is shown on the third line.
