Setting default input on KDL-40BX400 TV

Hi All

Newbie here, please go steady on me

I have a KDL-40BX400 TV and use my Sky box through a scart input. I've programmed the Sky remote to control the TV power and volume controls. The only annoying thing is that everytime the TV switches on, it defaults to the inbuilt Freeview, and I can't change the input to AV1 without the Sony TV remote.

Is there anyway to set AV1 as the default input whenever the TV is switched on, so I can just use the Sky remote?
