Hi there
Sorry Quinnicus, but, I think there is a way! (at least on my TV!)
ECO mode --> Power Saving --> Picture Off
(I don’t know if there’s a “shortcut” in this TV)

Hi there
There is no way to actually turn the display off when listening to a radio station, but you can display a wallpaper (which i think is animated) or a photo slideshow.
See instructions : HERE
Cheers

Hey Jan
Yeah, you are right, however I have looked at this before on another thread previously:
http://community.sony.co.uk/t5/Televisions/KDL-42W805A-Radio-screensaver/m-p/1434512#M17398
The thing is, you have to actually goto HOME > System Settings > Eco > Power Settings EVERYTIME you use the radio and/or change stations or do anything. Therefore its a big pain in the you know what
Unless you are listening to a test match in cricket, its not worth it (again my opinion)
However, you are right I probably should have included it as an option (I forgot about it at the time of reply)
