NX723 and Media Remote?

Hello,

I have a KDL-46NX723 and would like to be able to use your apps (Media Remote)

But it can not find my television.

I've tried searching the web and I manual. but without success.

I turned this feature "Rendar" on / off. but without success.

I have downloaded other apps, however, to stream picture from phone to TV. and that works fine.

I have an Iphone.

my television is the latest version and the app is and the latest version.

both my phone and my TV is on my wireless network.

I hope you can help.

Hi,

a lot of people have trouble with this and requires several goes to get them to pair, try going into settings/network/home network settngs/remote device/ renderer check thats on, check also renderer set up check they set to on in there once its paired it will show in the remote device list but first try pairing the two again using the media remote app
