Netflix not working

I have a KD - 55XF7005 for couple a months and suddenly NETFLIX doesn t work - it shows only NETFLIX and nothing else - all others app are working fine and my netflix account is ok on my laptop.

It will be a nuisance but you can try to bring the TV back to the factory settings.
