Here we go again...all apps have gone! Update pkg4.201eua to blame????

You are not alone, me as well . I have tried everything even did a factory reset etc etc still no joy........sigh

Same problem with a KDL-32W653A, software package PKG4.201EUA. These apps haven't been available since the new software went on almost a week ago. I've tried resetting to factory defaults (twice) and have checked I can get out onto the internet through the TV on the likes of Youtube. Frustrated and wondering when my TV will miraculously fix itself like yours has.

Hi there

Your not on virginmedia by any chance?

Try rebooting your router and ensure that your IP address is located in the UK.  See HERE for IP location.

Also try doing a "Refresh Internet Content" (Home > Settings > Network)
