Yeah i had this issue with my TV exact same set, how are you finding it? The answer to your question is you'll have to wait 3 to 4 days before the sony site updates and tells you what the update does. Would be nice if you could see some release notes though.

last update I can see on this site was 17/06/11

no problems with the july one - yet!

Well i noticed that it added 3D content might of improved 3D too but I dont have any glasses so cant confirm. But so far only change is 3D content
