Hx853 optimum picture settings for sky hd

Hi, can anyone tell me the best picture settings for my hx853 55" tv, I'm using sky hd mostly and blue rays through my ps3.  Any help appreciated

Hi,

unfortunately thats easier said than done as every room setting is different, however a good starting point can be found with what some of the guys in the link below have found to be pretty good, mine are similar and im pleased with the result.
